Exercise is a enormously of import factor in maintaining your good health. Along with a balanced diet, it gives you the best possible opportunity to maintain a happy, long and healthy life. But sometimes, finding the time and equipment to do the exercise can be a right pain.
I have found that Folding Treadmills are a great way to overpower this problem. Gym costs can be quite expensive (both the joining fee and also the journey/parking costs), plus you can do it all in the comfort of your own home whenever you want. But why Folding Treadmills? Well, the obvious answer is there storage ability. whereas with a normal treadmill you have to either have a dedicated room (commonly the garage) where it is always stored (and then hardly ever used), with a Folding Treadmill you can keep it within your house, ideally in a spare room, and just collapse it down whenever it is not in use.
You will find that this is an sheer(a) godsend and increases your usability massively.
Where can you buy Folding Treadmills from? Well there are loads of Stores in your High Street or on-line. Most will deliver as well and the time it takes to put them together is just a few minutes. If you can, find one with a counter so you can keep track of how far you have run, how long you have run for, number of calories burnt and your speed. You can also set some for random pacing so you can emulate running up and down gradients (though I would advise leaving this until you are a little more experienced).
Various brands are usable such as Reebox, Proform and Bodymax whilst a number of Atheletes have put their names to products (which are usually made by the brand leaders).
Setting yourself achievable goals is the most important factor when you first start using your treadmill. Learning to increase your fitness easily, and learned your limits will ensure you achieve your desired results faster than if you try to run a marathon on day one. If you have any major health problems which you may think will be effected by using a Treadmill, then speak to your Doctor or Specialist who will give you further advice. It may also be worth writing a plan for the first few weeks to get yourself into a routine. Try and make a time available on certain days/nights for when you are going to use your treadmill and then stick to it. If you are serious about getting fit, then why not substitute half an hour of watching soaps on TV 3 days a week to working out on a Treadmill? Do that for 2 or 3 weeks and you will wonder why you did not do it earlier!!
I hope that you have found this article useful – i have been using Folding Treadmills for the past couple of years and it has helped my lose over 3 stone and gain sufficient fitness to run in local 10k events. I hope it does the same for you.
